There are several simple ways to include NMDP in your estate plans and support our mission for years to come:

• Will or living trust: Leave a gift in your will or trust with just one sentence—no immediate cost, but lasting impact.
• Charitable gift annuity: Support NMDP while receiving fixed annual income for life.
• Charitable remainder trust: Provide income to yourself or others now, with the remainder supporting NMDP in the future.
• Charitable lead trust: Make regular gifts to NMDP for a set term, then pass remaining assets to your beneficiaries.

Many companies offer workplace giving programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. We accept financial gifts from all workplace giving programs. Check with your employer to see if you can use a payroll deduction program to give a gift.

• Contribute through a matching gift program from your employer. Most matching gift programs will match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift! Search for your employer
• Community Health Charities of America - An NMDP partner, CHC may work with your employer to allow you to give your regular payroll deductions to NMDP during your workplace’s annual fundraising campaign.
• Combined Federal Campaign - Through CFC, employees in the federal, civilian, postal or military workforce can designate NMDP for pledge contributions during the campaign season. Enter our designated code #10579 on your campaign pledge card.
