Overview
The University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit is a seven-bed unit located at Holtz Children's Hospital, part of UM/JMH. Outpatient care is provided at UM's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. A multidisciplinary approach is utilized to meet the special needs of patients.This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1994 and has been an NMDP transplant center since July 2007.
