Overview
Geisinger Medical Center is an NCI designated center & designated NCCCP hospital which has been performing sibling matched allogeneic transplants since April 2008. We also perform Matched Unrelated Allogeneic and Haploid Transplants since 2017.This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 2008. This center is not a member of the NMDP transplant center network.

Geisinger Cancer Survivorship Program

Geisinger Survivorship Program offering survivorship care plans, symptom management, coordination of care, and long-term follow-up for patients completing curative intent cancer therapy. Clinic follows a shared-care model and offers a multidisciplinary clinic for individuals with high distress scores via FACT-GP Quality of Life survey. Survivorship clinic launched 11/2018; patients obtained via referral.

- Will provide care to adult patients who underwent transplant as a child
