At the Roger Williams Cancer Center survivorship clinic, Patients are monitored for post-transplant late effects, endocrine and reproductive function, osteoporosis, cardiovascular risk factors, respiratory function, chronic renal impairment, secondary cancers, and the growth and development of minor recipients, and referred to specialists, as appropriate beginning 6 months post transplant in the BMT Survivorship Outpatient Clinic.

Adults- Allogeneic and Autologous transplant recipients
- Adults: immediately after transplant.
- Adults (over age 18)
- Will provide care to adult patients who underwent transplant as a child
- Does accept patients who were transplanted at another hospital
