Overview
Our program uses a multidisciplinary team approach in providing comprehensive medical care pre- and post-treatment to patients and families in order to optimize outcomes and patient satisfaction. The team consists of attending physicians fellows advanced practice clinicians nurse coordinators clinic nurses donor coordinators social workers physical therapists and quality support. This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1990 has been an NMDP transplant center since September 1992 and accredited by FACT since 1990.This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1991 and has been an NMDP transplant center since September 1992.

The LTFU program provides comprehensive and multidisciplinary care for patients who have received a stem cell transplant or other cellular therapy while following the academic missions of the Program, including education and research.

Adults- Allogeneic transplant recipients
- Adults: 90 days post for transplant and CAR-T cell therapy after transplant.
- Adults (over age 18)
- Will provide care to adult patients who underwent transplant as a child
- Does accept patients who were transplanted at another hospital
