NMDP survivorship services
We offer free support and services to patients, caregivers and health care providers after a blood or marrow transplant (BMT).
What is survivorship?
Survivorship includes a person's physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health after a significant life event, such as a BMT or a significant diagnosis, like a blood cancer or blood disease. Caregivers and other loved ones affected by the diagnosis and BMT process also have their own survivorship experiences.
How we can help
Whether you’re a BMT patient or caregiver, your experience is unique. We’ll listen to you and help you find ways to improve your quality of life and overall well-being. We’ll also:

Some of the support and resources we can connect you with include:
For health care providers, our medical staff can provide guidance on post-transplant care.
Post-Transplant Care Guides
Our post-transplant care guide lists recommended screenings and tests. This guide can help you prepare for your appointments and list your thoughts, concerns or questions for your health care team.
